Marketing Specialist
FC-Professional (~€2.4B NS) –FAT valorization at a profitable growth YoY. FC-P will drive farmer profit in the B2B customer channels and is the go-2-partner (in dairy and plant-based value-added ingredients) for our customers. In close cooperation with customers and through the exchange of in-depth market, ingredient and application expertise, FC-P helps customersto win in their markets. FC-P is a global business with local offices, and dedicated product and application development and production facilities around the world.
FC-P in Malaysia launched its Global professional brand “Debic” and local brand “Dutch Lady Professional” in 2021 with the vision to become the most preferred European dairy brand in Malaysia/Singapore. With sustained momentum in the business and overwhelming response from operators the business and team size continue to grow. With the commissioning of a new milk processing factory at Bandar Enstek a major part of future growth in Malaysia will come from professional customers. With a relatively new position in the market FC-P Malaysia’s main objective is to grow presence via coverage extension and growing share of wallet with existing customers while building brand credentials and establishing an application led portfolio strategy.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor Degree in business or relevant field
- Good knowledge in HoReCa & Bakery market in Malaysia
- Strong in making presentation via PowerPoint and data driven decision making
- Willing to travel within Malaysia for onsite demos, roadshows etc
- Experience in event and project management
- Have a good understanding about brand and channel management
- Fluent in both spoken and written English

Key accountabilities Execution of channel/customer-centric plans:
- Contributing to OTIF executing country plans at the right touchpoint(s) and interactions. Customer journey execution specialists ensure the right experience for our customers in all interactions with FC-P (both off- online). Marketing execution
- Together with Channel Managers safeguard the consistency of our brand assets & and marketing execution
Facilitate Channel and Category growth in MYSG by focusing on key tasks under our agile commercial execution framework:
Mental Availability
- Support channel lead in execution of exhibitions, social media and website communications contents while safeguarding the consistency of our marketing and brand assets
- Work with channel lead to develop sales materials for sales team
- Coordinate with distributors, baking/cooking schools and/or chef buddies to organize masterclass with our Brand Ambassadors
- Execute perfect store at bakery ingredient shops based on channel strategy
- Support channel lead in executing sponsorship strategy
Customer Preference
- Facilitate the key account conversion by helping put together pitching deck, marketing launch plan for LTO, tracking of local bakery and Coffee & Tea trends, arrange ideation sessions in close consultation with channel lead, Key Account Manager, Chef/Barista and Customer
- Execute channel campaigns including tracking report for promotional sell out activities
- Conduct regular product & application trainings for distributors and sales team Physical Availability
- Lead execution of planned roadshows with distributors and wholesalers.
- Update and maintain leads conversion list from events and roadshows
Relevant Portfolio
- Core task of this position is execution based, so in this case around the execution of the launch of new NPDs
