We’re looking for a motivated and curious Business Development professional who is eager to grow their career in the Performance and Active Nutrition space. In this role, you will support and develop customer partnerships, help identify new business opportunities, and contribute to commercial growth across North America—while learning from a highly experienced and collaborative team.

This position is part of our New Business Development team, reports to the New Business Development Team Lead, and offers strong mentorship, training, and career progression opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a commercial role within ingredients, food, beverage, or nutrition
  • Interest in or foundational knowledge of Active and Performance Nutrition
  • Exposure to territory or account support, customer projects, or pipeline development
  • Willingness to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally)
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to learn and grow

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Support the execution of commercial strategies in the Performance and Active Nutrition market
  • Help identify and qualify new business opportunities and customer leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, applications, and customer needs
  • Build knowledge of the market, competitors, and emerging trends

Customer Engagement & Account Support

  • Assist in managing customer relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups
  • Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and basic account planning activities
  • Coordinate with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to support customer success

Learning, Integrity & Continuous Improvement

  • Operate in alignment with legal, ethical, and corporate standards
  • Gather customer and market insights to support product and service improvements
  • Develop skills in value-based selling, commercial excellence, and consultative sales
  • Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
