Brand Strategy & Annual Planning

  • Lead the development of annual brand plans, including objectives, strategies, and execution roadmaps aligned with business goals

  • Translate strategy into focused, adaptable action plans, adjusting quickly based on performance and market changes

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Innovation & Product Development

  • Identify consumer trends, insights, and whitespace opportunities to drive new product development

  • Lead stage-gate process, Own and manage the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from idea generation to commercialization

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply chain, CCD and Sales teams

Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on accelerating mental availability on digital & social-first platforms

  • Work with creative and media agencies to deliver compelling, locally relevant campaigns

  • Ensure brand consistency and strong execution across all consumer touchpoints

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize based on performance data

Business Performance & Monthly Reviews

  • Maintain strong understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends

  • Lead monthly business reviews, analyzing sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness

  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior management, balancing short-term delivery with long-term brand building

  • Own the Brand P&L
