IT Specialist
Design and deliver secure identity integrations that connect applications seamlessly across a global enterprise. As an IAM Integration Specialist, you will onboard applications into our central identity platform, enabling Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and automated provisioning. You act as the bridge between application teams and IAM, ensuring secure, scalable, and standardized access. This role is critical to building a modern, efficient EIAM ecosystem and accelerating FrieslandCampina’s identity transformation.
Ce que nous demandons
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in IAM, IT security, or application integration
- Hands-on experience integrating applications with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Entra ID, Ping, SailPoint)
- Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
- Experience with REST APIs and application integration concepts
- Proven ability to troubleshoot authentication, federation, and provisioning issues
- Experience with user lifecycle management and automated provisioning
- Scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud identity concepts (Azure, AWS)
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Structured, documentation-driven working approach
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments

Description du poste vacant
As an IAM Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding applications and services into FrieslandCampina’s central IAM ecosystem. You will design, build, test, and implement integrations enabling secure authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
You will work closely with application owners, enterprise architecture, cloud teams, and the CISO Office to gather requirements and implement integrations aligned with security and architectural standards. Using modern identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM, you will design secure and scalable authentication and provisioning flows.
A key part of your role is troubleshooting complex integration issues, including federation failures, authentication errors, and provisioning challenges. You will also contribute to standardization by developing reusable integration patterns and templates that accelerate onboarding.
In addition, you will create and maintain high-quality documentation, including integration configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures.
