In the role of HR BP for FrieslandCampina Targu-Mures Plant, you will serve as a linking pin between the business and HR to assess people needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development.

Main responsibilities:

      • Support business needs and deploy the HR Plan for the designated area of the business;
      • Apply people practices and initiatives for the population in scope;
      • Actively partner with line managers and team leaders providing HR guidance for all HR areas;
      • Monitoring the HR Budgets (Headcount, Payroll);
      • Responsible for the recruitment activity for the assigned business units;
      • Lead the deployment of TM, PM for critical roles and give input for C&B development;
      • Maintains a close communication with the designated population. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation and counselling to internal customers;
      • Contribute to design and implement the HR policies and procedures for the designated population;
      • Ensure the legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, mitigate legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
      • Participate in the Company’s transformation projects and implementation within the local structures: Engagement Actions, Employer Branding; Organizational Culture, etc.
      • Maintain contact with Corporate HR teams.

Candidate profile:

  • University in economics / law / psychology / human resources (humanities)
  • 5 years plus experience in similar senior roles, HR General roles, HR Manager - food & beverage industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent stakeholders’ management skills
  • Problem solving skills, action orientation and prioritization capacity
  • Teamwork ability
  • Structured, well-organized, self-driven
