Description du poste vacant
Our new colleague will be part of our Cluj-Napoca Plant team, coordinating the team and the activity for Make Laboratory, ensuring the highest standards for our dairy products manufactured in Cluj from quality control point of view.
So if you decide to join us, you will:
- ︁︀︂︃︃︇︃collaborate with the production department and other departments to ensure the uniform quality of products manufactured according to internal and legal standards;
- be responsible (a) for handling and solving complaints received from customers;
- draw up and implement quality procedures in accordance with FSSC quality standards;
- you will ensure product quality control in all manufacturing phases;
- monitor compliance with the hygiene rules in the factory and propose corrective actions in case of non-conformities;
- be responsible for the objectives derived from compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, internal quality standards;
- analyze the main indicators obtained for the raw material, the situation of complaints, the microbiological values of the finished products and you will propose solutions to improve the activity;
-you will collaborate with the other departments to contribute to the implementation of standardized processes and approval (you will participate in the testing of new products directly or through the subordinate team, ensure the necessary laboratory analyses, you will issue recommendations to achieve the expected level of product quality)
