- Bachelor/Master education or equivalent.
- +4 years of experience as Data Scientis or in a similar role;
- Experienced knowledge in other related field such as statistics, math, computer science, or economics.
- Experience working with supply chain data and systems
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data wrangling and analysis tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- Conceptual thinker, focusing on next step, next gen
- Internationally oriented and excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Capabilities in Project/Portfolio Management
- Capable of effective stakeholder management at various levels within RFC;

We are looking for an Enterprise Data scientist in our Digital Supply Chain Team. In this role you:
- Develop digital tools for our business to enable improvements of our business
- Operate in a challenging landscape of End-to-End Supply chain while tasked to optimize, simplify and standardize our processes by digitalization.
- Use your analytical and statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data that can be used to improve business performance.
You will be part of our Global Digital Supply Chain team, consisting of ten teammembers. The purpose of this team of to effectively leverage the power of digital capabilities and solutions to improve Service, Cost and Cash in the Global and End-to-End Supply Chain.
