In our department Specialized Nutrition, the compliance Team is responsible for all recipes in the global portfolio.
We pro actively optimize these products and are responsible for the maintenance phase of the Product Life Cycle. We adapt recipes and create guidelines for product developers.
We are the linking pin between the factory and R&D. We support the factory with recipe & processing related issues and propose improvements to R&D in WoW to ensure robust recipes.
We are also responsible for all innovations on infant formula for our brands in South East Asia and parts of Africa.
Ce ne dorim
- Entrepreneurial and open attitude, analytical, quality focus, customer focused and work well both independently and within a team.
- Masters degree in Food Technology or equivalent area. An MSc is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Knowledge of Food safety, Quality Control and microbiology is a pre.
- Interest in regulatory affairs is a pre.

In our department Specialized Nutrition, the compliance Team is responsible for the accuracy and robustness all our infant formula recipes, and for the innovations of our brands in South East Asia and parts of Africa.
As developer in the team, you'll be asked to:
- adapt existing recipes and develop new recipes according to our R&D guidelines and to the nutritional and (regulatory) market needs of our customers.
- lead small sized initiatives and participate in the more complex initiatives that drive improvement of recipes.
- Review recipe changes proposed by team members and ensure that our high level of accuracy is maintained.
- provide R&D support to our colleagues in the factory when issues arise.
- Build and maintain a relevant network with Quality, Regulatory and our factories.
Most importantly, you'll be asked to learn all the ins and outs of infant formula development. We provide time for learning on the job.

The Infant Formula development department is based in Wageningen, The Netherlands, and consists of about 60 people. This department is directly reporting into the business group of Specialized Nutrition with close connection to the corporate R&D department.
