- Lead medical marketing strategies, action plans and activities in medical channel
- Ensure OTIF execution and effectiveness of commercial activities to achieve business objectives in medical channel
Ce que nous demandons
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:
- Education: BS/MS degree, preferably in medicine/pharmacy/life sciences
- Experience: at least 10 years of experience in the field of commercial medical
Skills:
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and planning skills
- A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes, for example in the healthcare system or product and drug formularies
- Strong teamwork and networking skills
- Commercial and business awareness acumen

Medical marketing strategy management
- Initiate and develop strategic directions of SN products in medical channels.
- Initiate, develop and monitor annual Commercial Plan for SN products in Medical channel
- Constantly drive changes and interventions toward business advancement
Effectiveness of medical commercial management
- Build a high performing culture in Medical team
- Lead team to ensure the OTIF execution and effectiveness of commercial activities in Medical channel to achieve business objectives
- Co-work with Global Medical team in developing brand communication plan/ activities specific for Vietnam market
- Lead team to build up and maintain relationship with HCFs/ KOLs/HCPs
- Ensure frequent update of market dynamics report: customers insights, changes, transformations to recognize business opportunities.
- Ensure training programs for staff are organized and conducted to achieve SN business goals
- Develop and manages the subordinates.
- Keep all marketing expenditures within the marketing budgets
- Act as an internal auditor.
- Ensure team activities are complied with company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
