About the Role:
Join our technical team as an R&D Intern to support food and beverage application projects in our laboratory. This role provides hands-on experience in product formulation, application testing, and technical evaluations, contributing to innovative solutions for customer needs.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in a food laboratory (academic or industrial) is preferred.
- Strong task planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with data documentation.
- A proactive team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a food manufacturing or laboratory environment.

Descrierea postului vacant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food and beverage product development, including formulation trials, and sample preparation, e.g. starting formulations to compare optimal dosages, sensorial difference or performance.
- Conduct application testing and basic sensory evaluation in the lab for selected food systems (e.g., instant beverages, cream topping, soups).
- Plan and execute laboratory tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of experiments.
- Ensure laboratory safety and housekeeping, including equipment calibration and inventory management.
- Assist to develop analytical methods and work instructions to study product performance in application.
- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, test results, and compliance records.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
