Systems Quality Management Expert
The Systems Organisation is part of the FrieslandCampina Professional Business Group. The Organisation is responsible for Systems, of which Lattiz! is our key brand. The key is the lock-in System which the team has recently set up and building towards the future with huge ambition. To fulfill this we are looking for a Systems Quality Management Expert.
The Systems Quality Management Expert is responsible for establishing, evolving, and delivering quality standards; ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, compliance; managing requirements and demands towards suppliers; performing validation and verification; collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to introduce and maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Stakeholders: Head of quality systems, Head of Operations and Partnerships, Head of Service & Installed base, head of Development and Technology. Multiple quality functions within FCP and Make organizations.
Ce ne dorim
- Master’s degree, in technical disciplines.
- +5-7y in quality roles in the field of durables, ideally table-top appliances for B2B sector.
- Root cause analyses skills
- Certifications, 6 sigma, between discipline shifts is a pro.
- Experience in quality management system management, introduction.
- Experience in setting appliance/component/supplier quality standards
- Experience in performing integral quality delivery
- Experience in managing complaints and recalls
