Warehouse Supervisor

This role is responsible for accurately recording, in real time, all necessary documents and data in SAP to ensure effective tracking and monitoring of the physical flow of goods within the warehouse. This includes updating inventory movements, inbound and outbound transactions, and any other operational data required to maintain accurate stock records and support seamless warehouse operations.

1. Record the data necessary for the execution of the tasks

Responsible for the quality and completeness of data entered into the SAP warehouse management system
Be able to provide regular stock reports and daily stock positions. 
Responsible for the correct recording of movements in the warehouse management system: entries, exits, changes in status, internal movements
Receive pre-arrival warehouse alerts and prepare the receipt of goods in the system (GNR receipt).
Ensure the alignment of the physical stock in the warehouse vs. the SAP system stock
Ensure the reliability of the data contained in the SAP system in accordance with the system
Issue and submit to the Super U the desired improvements of the tool.

2. Control the conformity of documents and products

Receive, record and edit requests and preparation orders for factory transfers.
Daily update of warehouse documents
Ensure the archiving and filing of warehouse documents
Establish the reconciliation between the processed documents and control the regularity of the file
Trigger the necessary action plans according to the established procedures, in case of discrepancies in the reconciliation
Ensure the archiving of documents used during the inventory

3. Report Preparation

Communicate to the hierarchy the activity indicators set up in the form of reporting 
Update the various reports
