As part of the regional Talent Acquisition team the job holder is responsible for end-to-end recruitment in the organization (posting, intake, screening, interviewing, selection). Ensure a great employee/candidate experience with one touchpoint for candidates and with clear and timely communication. Next to that he/she makes successful use of infrastructure i.e. career site, LinkedIn recruiter seat, saved searches, use of TA dashboard to measure performance of roles. Close collaboration with talent intelligence hub on talent mapping and providing feedback on the skills/role profile.

What we ask

  • University or College degree (Academic background in Human Resources or Economics is an advantage)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably at a multinational company.
  • Experience in working with different cultures (both candidates and hiring managers).
  • Knowledge of recruiting across multiple geographies, regions and/or disciplines; 
  • Knowledge/able to make efficient use of talent acquisition tools, infrastructure and technology;
  • Up to date knowledge on dedicated labour market and on sourcing tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of HR ERP systems (eg. Successfactors) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Fluent English and Romanian language knowledge
  • Demonstrates high sensitivity for confidentiality

Vacancy description

Sourcing and recruitment activities:

  • Handle end-to-end talent attraction, sourcing, selection activities with low/medium complexity using multiple channels and resources.
  • Engage internal and external talent on a regional level.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
  • Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face competency-based interviewing methodologies
  • Ensure a superior candidate/employee experience
  • Manage stakeholders in an effective way, work towards the highest level stakeholder satisfaction. Work with stakeholders to understand needs and act as a consultant/expert recruitment partner.
  • Keep close cooperation with business managers, advise them on recruitment related areas
  • Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques
  • Conduct and owns feedback sessions
  • Negotiate offer details, create and extend offer letters, initiate the onboarding process
  • Manage and update information in the internal recruitment system
  • Handle administrative tasks in HR Systems 
  • Next to the Talent Intelligence team, also collaborate with the global Employer Branding team to define and implement EB activities
  • Ensure compliance to standard ways of working and use of infrastructure
  • Prioritises tasks to reach best results with clear KPI’s/OPI’s to monitor performance.  
  • Proactively notify management where early warning signs of potential issues or risks on recruitment side
  • Ensure execution of end-to-end recruitment processes of own assigned area in line with corporate guidelines, internal procedures and departmental goals in order to realise accurate administrative processes and timely HR information.
  • Implementation of policies and guidelines regarding own process. 
  • Maintaining up to date process documentation in accordance with local legislation and company policies, ensure all processes are documented and reviewed on a constant base
  • Ensuring employee data protection
  • Identifies shortcomings in current methods, systems and procedures. Analyses, proposes and (where possible) implements alternatives
  • Coordination of escalation resolution. 
  • Collaborating with 3rd party vendors. 
  • Ensure adequate tracking (analytical) mechanism over open position reporting, (agency) candidate tracking.
  • Ownership over Employee Referral Programme management in line with Policy

 

Projects and process optimization:

  • Identify bottle necks in (work) processes, provide proposals on improvement opportunities, support implementation after approval.
  • Contribute to standardisation initiatives. Supporting departmental projects/CI initiatives / transitions.  
  • Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting principles

 

Management information and strategy input:

  • Exchange knowledge/information regarding own HR knowledge with internal and external parties, within legislation and policies and procedures of own functional discipline.
  • Ensure periodic reporting of KPIs are produced, according to defined formats and procedures. Safeguard accurate and timely reports towards key stakeholders on key performance indicators.
