Regional Sales Manager (South)
You will be a results-driven Sales Leader responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing distributor teams, and driving in-store excellence. The role involves monitoring performance, collaborating cross-functionally, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure strong market execution and sustained revenue growth.

Vacancy description
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the region.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of Distributor Managers and Pre-Sellers, providing ongoing coaching and capability building to achieve sales goals.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales and market trends to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring revenue growth.
Market Insights: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential competitive threats.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress for the line manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with other functions (CCD, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to align sales strategies and support sales initiatives.
Distribution Expansion: Track and analyze active outlet trends, identify coverage gaps, and execute acceleration plans to drive physical availability.
In-store Execution: Monitor and evaluate Perfect Store participation in the region according to plan. Identify opportunity gaps and execute activation plans to win in the chiller.
