The regional lead Center of  Excellence learning is responsbile for all the global certified learning programs and roll-out by inspiring our regional stakeholders by our global learning vision and able to provide constructive learning insights and learning needs to co-develop our global learning programs to cater for the regional needs and roll-out delivery

 

Regional Learning & Development Lead

What we ask

  • Experienced Learning professional, with > 12 years of working experience 
  • Acts preferably on academic level  
  • Able to cooperate well with different stakeholders
  • Able to translate global and/or more generic content to relevant regional/local materials

Vacancy description

  • Assess regional business, leadership and talent development needs and translate this into a regional Learning plan;
  • Co-develop Global L&LD program offering and curriculum, based on regional needs and roll this out in region;
  • Develop regional and local learning interventions based, as much as possible on available content within FC, and ensures efficient implementation to ensure we develop fit for purpose but cost efficient development opportunities;
  • Develop, together with the business, regional L&D budgets and manage this throughout the year to ensure L&D spend is in line with targets; 
  • Manage and develop team of Learning Partners in the region;
  • Responsible for learning needs of a region, on average 4000fte;
  • Leading an agile team of 3 Learning partners;
  • Complexity of several countries within or across region.
