Reliability Engineer
Ensure optimal reliability and performance of plant equipment by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, analyzing failure modes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize asset life.
What we ask
· Qualification:
o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering
· Experience:
o 4-5 years in maintenance planning, reliability, or asset management within a manufacturing/FMCG environment
· Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
o Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance Techniques
o Familiarity with CMMS / SAP PM Module and data-driven maintenance planning
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills
o Ability to handle critical equipment failures and ensure quick resolution
o Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles
o Knowledge of condition monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis)

Vacancy description
· Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs
· Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions
· Monitor and report key reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE)
· Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans
· Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure asset integrity
· Manage spare parts strategy and critical equipment risk assessments
· Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and food safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, ISO 22000)
