- Salary between €5250 and €7100 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% end of year allowance, 12,5 % variable bonus and a pension;

- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
Vacancy description
As a Senior Digital HR Specialist Talent & Growth you will leverage your Digital HR expertise within one of our three agile teams (focused on Talent & Growth). Your key responsibilities are:
- Collaborate as digital business partner closely with HR centres of excellence, IT colleagues and support partners
- Design and implement future global end-to-end processes and digital solutions; ensuring alignment with our Talent and Growth strategy
- Ensure our global HR processes are effectively supported and improved with key systems like ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
- Develop policies, guidelines, and standards to create guidance in digital activities for the relevant area
- Drive the digital roadmap in key digital areas like Learning, Skills, and Talent Management.
- Act as senior change agent during transitions or organizational changes in a complex global context.
- Gather knowledge, trends, and information from the external world, to initiate and drive digital innovations
