Supply Network Planner
Do you like to puzzle, and have contact with many stakeholders? We are looking for a Supply Network Planner for the Professional B2B Business Unit within FrieslandCampina!
The Supply Network Planner is responsible for creating the optimal supply network plan for their product portfolio. The supply network plan is based on the latest demand, planning parameters, inventory levels in order to realize the requested performance while maximizing value for FrieslandCampina. In this function you are working closely together with other disciplines including Make Production, Quality Control, Sales Demand Planning, and Order Fulfilment. The Encapsulates planning team primarily produces products such as non-dairy creamers, fat powders, foamers for Food and Beverages customers around the world. Production takes place in the factories in Meppel (The Netherlands), Lippstadt (Germany), Salatiga (Indonesia), Manilla (Philippines) and a contract manufacturing locations in China. For this position, either Amersfoort or Lippstadt will become your office location.
What we ask
- Bachelor (HBO) or Master (WO) degree
- Knowledge of production and logistics in an FMCG / Food environment
- Knowledge of Planning Systems (preferred SAP R/3, APO DP/SNP, BW)
- Affinity with working in an international team
- A problem solver, who thinks in opportunities and challenges
- The ability to take decisions based on limited or ambiguous information
- A strong drive towards customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Enthusiastic, able to motivate and engage with colleagues, management and customers
- Able to hold business discussions in English. To speak German is a plus.
- You will travel 2 days per month to Lippstadt if Amersfoort is your office location, and 2 days per month to Amersfoort if Lippstadt is your office location.

- Depending on your experience, the salary for this role lies between €3.740 - €5.076 based on fulltime (38 hours);

Vacancy description
- Supply Network Planning & Optimization.
- Prepare and optimize the operational and tactical (1-18 months) planning for the Lippstadt product portfolio.
- Prepare and optimize continuously the plan by balancing demand, inventories and production and packaging capacities.
- Identify constraints and opportunities as input for S&OP. Participate in the tactical supply review as part of the S&OP process. Perform complex scenario analyses and support financial decision making for own scope of planning.
- Discuss plant performance, maintenance plans and capacities with your plant periodically.
- Collaboration with Make, Sales, Source, Plan and Deliver Collaborate and communicate constructively with the relevant stakeholders.
- Project Management Lead and/or participate in assigned projects (e.g. New Product Developments, Change controls, Business Intelligence, Continuous improvement) within the Customer Supply Chain.
- Continuous Improvement: Processes, procedures and systems Improve and optimize planning, initiate and come up with new approaches for procedures, processes and tools taking into account the full supply chain.

This role is part of the Supply team within the Customer Supply Chain of our Professional & Trading Business Unit (B2B). The Encapsulates Supply team consists of 8 employees based in Amersfoort, Meppel, Lippstadt & Salatiga (Indonesia), working as Supply Planners or Locations Leads for the factories Meppel, Lippstadt, Salatiga and external manufacturers. The S&OP and Supply team is a talented and driven team with a growth mindset.
