Data & Analytics Specialist

What we ask
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, information management, statistics or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within manufacturing or quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools using and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, Databricks.
- Experience with data management & data modeling principles.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Experience working within an agile team environment is a plus

Vacancy description
As a Data Analyst for Make & Quality, your role encompasses analyzing and interpreting data to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. Key aspects of your responsibilities include:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvements.
Design models & analytics products:
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Discover analytics requirements & design data models, create BI reports or other analytics solutions that are fulfilling user needs and drive efficiency
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with manufacturing teams and internal analytics developers in an agile environment to deliver end to end analytics products
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics in a manufacturing context.
- Apply new techniques and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
