Het verhaal van Danielle

After graduating in Business Administration and Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Daniëlle started as a Trainee at FrieslandCampina. During FrieslandCampina’s two-year traineeship, Danielle did two different assignments. “Currently, I am working on Change Management and Capability Building for employees working in our Marketing & Sales departments. We develop learning journeys and try to enthuse colleagues in creative ways to stimulate change in their work.”

Achieving results, connecting people, and using my creativity makes me happy.

Creative by Nature

Danielle has always been interested in looking at things in a creative way. “One of the things that makes me happy is brainstorming groups, because you come to so many new insights together”. She likes to go the extra mile to deliver a beautiful product or to make a plan even more precise. “I enjoy working on many different topics, also outside of my work. I regularly paint or draw with new techniques, try out new recipes or change the layout of my house.”

New insights

What really appeals to Daniëlle about the FrieslandCampina traineeship is that you regularly take on different roles. “I have already had three different roles, so there is a real focus on your personal development. I learn a lot on the job. I work in a small team and we nurture each other with new ideas and positivity every day. As soon as I indicate that I want to learn something or do something different, it turns out that a lot is possible.”
