Reward Manager Nederland
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist met als standplaats Amersfoort. Het doel van deze rol is het ontwerpen van C&B oplossingen voor FrieslandCampina in Nederland, in lijn met ons Global beleid.
Onderdeel van deze functie is het formuleren en implementeren van beleid op het gebied van C&B én ervoor te zorgen dat dit beleid op de juiste wijze wordt toegepast. Voorbeelden van onderwerpen waar deze rol zich in het verleden op richtte zijn: performance management, flexibele arbeidstijden, leaseautoregeling etc. Voorbeelden van thema’s voor de toekomst: flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden, aanpassingen arbeidsvoorwaarden aan marktomstandigheden, moderne cao’s, flexibele werktijden een belangrijke rol spelen. Je maakt deel uit van een team van bestaande uit C&B specialist van andere regio’s, Talent en L&D specialisten.
Was wir erwarten
- Afgeronde Masteropleiding;
- Brede kennis van Compensation & Benefits;
- Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een C&B functie;
- Bedrijfs- en servicegerichtheid;
- Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden (zowel Engels als Nederlands);
- Sterke analytische en numerieke vaardigheden (data driven);
- Goede kennis van Excel en heeft daar affiniteit mee.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Vertaalt relevante trends naar business mogelijkheden, beleid en (financiële) consequenties
- Voorziet de business van C&B oplossingen, hetzij op basis van eigen (financiële) analyses dan wel op verzoek van de business
- Vertaalt C&B oplossingen naar praktisch beleid in samenwerking met de relevante disciplines en stakeholders
- Treedt als projectleider en/of inhoudsdeskundige op bij het ontwerpen of implementeren van nieuwe oplossingen/beleid
- Begeleidt instemmingstrajecten met de Centrale Ondernemingsraad
- Implementeert, in nauwe samenwerking met People Services & Solutions en HR Managers het beleid binnen de organisatie
- Bereidt het onderhandelingsproces bij nieuwe cao’s voor
- Ondersteunt het onderhandelingsproces met vakbonden door o.a. het beoordelen en berekenen van de business impact van voorstellen en beleidsmaatregelen
- Begeleidt, in nauwe samenwerking met People Services & Solutions, de toepassing van C&B beleid en bijbehorende procedures
- Beoordeelt en behandelt uitzonderingsverzoeken
- Rapporteert over de (financiële) effecten van beloningsoplossingen
- Uitvoeren van salarisbenchmarks
- Communiceert over C&B beleid richting relevante stakeholders
- Beheert het contact met leveranciers indien van toepassing
