Francelle Lois Molinar, known as Celle to her colleagues, has experienced a truly transformative journey with FrieslandCampina. She joined the company in May 2024 at Alaska Milk Corporation in the Philippines as a People & Culture Services Specialist. Just seven months later, Celle took a bold step and relocated to Malaysia to join the People Services and Solutions (PS&S) team at the Asia Pacific Hub. It was a significant change for her: new country, new team, new challenges, but she knew it was the right move for her personal and professional growth.

Now as People Solutions Officer Tier 2, Celle manages a wide range of HR operations including job information updates, promotions, compensation changes, and separations. One of the most exciting parts of her role has been supporting the launch of Finder, the company’s new ticketing system. Since its rollout in January, Finder has transformed how employee queries are managed and resolved, making processes smoother and more efficient. Celle takes pride in being part of this important transition that is improving the employee experience across multiple countries.

A life-changing shift, accompanied by a supportive team

Moving to Malaysia wasn’t just a career decision for Celle, it was a life milestone. She had always dreamed of living independently, and FrieslandCampina made that dream a reality. Living and working abroad broadened her perspective and challenged her to step outside her comfort zone, helping her grow in confidence and independence much faster than expected.

What energises Celle most is working within a collaborative and diverse team. Although naturally introverted, she thrives in the PS&S Hub’s welcoming environment, where people from different cultures come together to share ideas and support one another. The team embraces both differences and commonalities, creating a workplace where collaboration feels genuine and meaningful. Celle and her teammates don’t just learn about work—they learn about each other’s backgrounds, values, and lives, strengthening their bond and teamwork.
