Account Manager Cream (France or Germany)
Are you ready to accelerate our growth in Germany or France? As Account Manager Cream you’ll be responsible for unlocking new business in one of these markets. Your understanding of the local culture and your language skills allow you to drive value for customers in the bakery segment. With Cream being a strategic pillar for FrieslandCampina’s Industry business, you’ll play a key role in our international expansion and inspire the team by bringing energy, CRM expertise and a winning sales mindset.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 6 years of commercial experience, preferably in B2B food ingredients or bakery
- Experience in and/or fluent in German or French – essential for understanding and engaging the market
- Proven ability to work with sales CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a hands-on, energetic approach
- You bring inspiration to the team and strive for commercial excellence

- Salary between €5,250 and €7,100 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 12,5% bonus, and a pension;

As Account Manager Cream you will take the lead in expanding our footprint in either Germany or France, depending on your market experience. You’ll focus on generating new business opportunities while managing and growing key accounts in the bakery segment. About 40% of your time is dedicated to maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing customers; the rest is aimed at identifying and converting prospects into strategic accounts.
Your insights into customer needs and market trends will help steer our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing. You will play an active role in shaping our sales pipeline, applying a data-driven and value-based selling approach. You’ll act as the link between the customer and FrieslandCampina's internal teams, including supply chain and production, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
Frequent travel (up to 30%) is part of the role as you visit clients across your focus region to build trust and drive collaboration. You’ll work from our central office and in close contact with colleagues in our factories in Nuenen, Lochem and Lummen.
