Tax Manager

As the Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving tax compliance, managing transfer pricing, and delivering strategic tax planning to keep FrieslandCampina Vietnam fully compliant, tax-efficient, and ready to grow.
Key objectives:
• Ensure full compliance with all tax laws and reporting requirements, including timely and accurate filing and payments.
• Lead local transfer pricing implementation and documentation while proactively managing audits, risks, and litigation cases.
• Advise the business on tax implications, partnering with stakeholders and external advisors to support informed decisions and business expansion.
Wat we vragen
- Minimum 5-year experience in tax, and at least 2-year experience at managerial level
- University Degree in Tax major or Certified Tax Accountant
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations is essential
- Fluent in English

- Ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations & objectives complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure all tax declaration & payments are filed correctly and on time.
- Prepare/reconcile and make accounting entries in relation to tax accounts.
- Manage all tax accounting processes, including internal forecasting, reporting & analysis, and external requirements e.g. reports or surveys from the government or tax authorities.
- Work with and manage external tax advisors and auditors where appropriate.
- Lead and coordinate tax audits (e.g. CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, custom duty etc.), anticipate and pre-empt any potential issues. Support and follow up on cases under litigation.
- Advise the business and internal partners on tax related matters, including projects involving tax implication.
- Implement Corporate transfer pricing strategy and lead local transfer pricing documentation.
