Development Specialist
As a SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Specification Specialist, you will manage and maintain product specifications within the SAP PLM system. This role focuses on ensuring that product data, such as raw materials, recipes and finished product details, are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date in the system. You will work with various stakeholders to define, create, and maintain these specifications. Your role will connect you to R&D team across Asia and Europe, operating out of Singapore.
Wat we vragen
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, other relevant science field.
- SAP PLM Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SAP PLM modules, including Specification Management.
- Data Management Skills:
Proficiency in managing and maintaining data within a complex system.
- Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with Dairy industry requirements related to product development and lifecycle management.
- Process Improvement:
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements related to specification management.
- Digital :
Proficiency in Power BI, ability to translate data in SAP PLM into Power BI Dashboard.

- Specification Creation and Maintenance:
Creating and maintaining various specification types (e.g., raw materials, finished products, packaging) within SAP PLM, including relevant label information.
- Data Management:
Ensuring data quality and consistency across all specification-related information in SAP.
- Collaboration:
Working with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, procurement and manufacturing, to gather and validate specification data.
- Process Optimization:
Identifying areas for improvement in specification management processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Integration:
Understanding how specifications integrate in Lifecycle management, how it interacts with other SAP modules.
- Compliance:
Ensuring that product specifications comply with relevant regulations and company standard.
- System Expertise:
Providing expertise on SAP PLM functionality related to specification management and supporting users with system-related issues.
- Digital :
Translate business requirement into IT solution.
