Head of Digital and Media
• Co-develop digital & media strategy with brand teams, as part of their annual marketing plans.
• Develop brand digital priorities and gain alignment across brand teams enabling them to translate it into 12Q
• Responsible for FU strategic planning and implementation of Digital & Media initiatives and technologies.
• Manage local resources and budgets that support the Digital & Media initiative with implementation.
• Design, build and set strategy of digital commerce and track on performance: Omnichannel strategy and Customer Experience, Data Driven Commerce, Media, Content, data management, analytics & insights.
• Design and implement Integrated commercial (marketing & sales) digital (end-to-end customer) strategies.
• Develop employees’ digital capabilities
What we ask
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in digital/marketing together with the potential and attitude required to grow the role.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field,
• Proven marketing and ad technology platforms as well as proven digital and tech savviness.
• Strong commercial outlook with innate ability to translate digital technologies and approach to all departments and link strategy to ROI and tangible KPI’s.
• Has a proven track record in developing and delivering digital transformation strategies and programs and has the relevant digital skills.
• Experience in bringing new digital businesses from conception to market launch.
• Demonstrated experience driving measurable results through customer/consumer marketing efforts.
• Clear business experience in (CPG) industries
• Having developed and executed customer/consumer related strategies, campaigns and analysis for Thailand market.
• Be comfortable in a digital ‘evangelist’ role as the SME but with high touch ability to bring people on the digital journey
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

Vacancy description
• Responsible for Opco’s strategic planning and implementation of Digital Media & Ecommerce initiatives and technologies to support business growth agenda and drive brand to win in the market.
• Resource and budget management to achieve the strategic direction.
• Co-develop with brand teams on digital consumer journeys across all consumer touch points (by phone, social ,etc.) that reach relevant audiences, leveraging own media and digital content platforms (e.g. websites, apps, mobile)
• Responsible for strategic digital media planning and liaise with brand teams to deliver OTIF execution of full digital media spectrum (search, programmatic, display, direct buys, social and content marketing). Collaborate with brand teams to ensure overall alignment and integration with offline media plans (TV, OOH, Radio, etc) and online media.
• Responsible for strategic Ecommerce media planning and liaise with Ecommerce team to deliver OTIF execution of full media spectrum. Collaborate with Ecommerce team to ensure overall execution are performed as planned and integrated with MKT strategy/execution in offline/Digital platform.
• Lead key digital innovation with Brand teams and deliver on KPI, as part of capability step change including improve the quality and quantity of local content for a better performance on going.
• Lead in planning and implementation of digital capability from intermediate to advance.
• Lead and implement a smooth way of work between internal stakeholders and external vendors (media agency, creative agency, digital creative agencies, etc.)
• Project management lead and single point of contact between Global Digital Team, Opco’s stakeholders and agency partners.
• Leverage insights and data from across multiple technologies/digital tools/ platforms at every point of the integrated journey to perform advanced analytics.
• Manage Stakeholders in the OpCo – Influence senior-level decision-makers with timely and relevant data and insights. Stakeholders across different functions (e.g. Marketing, CDSM, R&D, Sales and Finance).
• Support of commercial teams – provide consultancy, solution and guidance in the area of digital media, Ecommerce and technology to address the business needs/initiatives.
• Responsible for Agency partnership management and overall internal process management (Digital and media related)
