- Good leadership, communication skill, agile and high drive for excellent performance.
- Familiar with data and know how to use it as decision based.

- Willing to be placed in Medan with future prospect to be assigned in any cities of Indonesia

Account Management
- MT Business Review. Review sales performance by SKU, history, service level, joint forecast, revenue plan, planogram, price, etc. with regional key account to ensure regional key account target achievement.
- Distributor Business Review. Review distributor performance, salesman productivity, service level, timeliness of invoice, etc. with distributor to ensure distributor target achievement.
- Third Party Development. Monitor performance, process, and coach sales force (through sales force effectiveness & sales training) to ensure all team member are develop well and achievement of sales target.
Supply Chain Management
- Joint Forecast. Forecast sales target with regional key account and distributor to plan further selling and promo activity.
- Service Level Monitoring. Monitor and review service level (such as distribution, stock availability, etc.) of MT and distributor to ensure achievement of SLA.
Productivity
Review sales team performance profile and account profile to update and mapping condition in sales team and account.Evaluate PICOS, ISE, switcher, and coverage area in the region to create development program for improvement.Monitor sub – category and review SKU active achievement to optimize each Sub-Channel Product Portfolio.
Planogram Evaluation
- Mastering Planogram. Escalade planogram to Regional Account team and monitor execution to ensure planogram implementation in regional key account align with business plan.
- Review Market Share. Compare market share with space share in pareto account to improve planogram.
Promo Execution
- Implementation Tracking. Monitor and review promo implementation in regional key account to ensure its alignment with business plan.
- Evaluation Promo by Account. Evaluate effectiveness of promo conducted in the key account to feedback the promo plan and improvement.
