- Advanced level of English language knowledge is a must
- Availability to work at least 30+ hours/week
- Flexibility
- Precision, ability to work under pressure and attention to details
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Prior related work experience is an advantage

- Handling incoming phone calls
- Arrange couriers, letters and packages
- Track incoming and outgoing mail
- Arrange taxi and other reservations
- Support of administrative work and daily activities
- Cover office services
- Control of kitchens, office supplies, fruits
- Assist to organize company events
