Associate - F&P Maintenance
Reporting to F&P Manager, Associate- F&P Maintenance make sure technical availability of aseptic filling machines Tetra Pak and Ecolean. He/She is primarily responsible to maintain good performance of filling machines. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to perform and comply maintenance activities on filling machines.

DAE Mechnaical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
Experience:
Minimum 02 year experince in dairy industry, Hnads on experience on Tetra Pak and Ecolean aseptic machines.

- Responsible to maintain performance of machines to achieve world class level i.e. Stops%, MME, LMME, PTU, MTTR, MTBF & OEE.
- Executes the maintenance strategy of the department in coordination with F&P Technical Manager.
- Responsible for the execution of work in accordance with the annual maintenance plan with regard to preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, minor modification work and replacement investments.
- Responsible to act as single point of contact for execution of Planned maintenance activities including TPMS in Laison with Site Engineer/Field Service Engineer of Tetra Pak, Ecolean & Elecster.
- Advises on outsourcing strategy, contracting and its evaluation
- Supervising day technician team, hirers and external parties to execute work according to schedule
- Monitors timely delivery and corrects (imminent) deviations from planning and quality
- Responsible for breakdown repairs and services
- Analyses breakdowns from the last 24 hours and escalates if necessary
- Ensures gatekeeping of work requests and prioritization with production
