Supply Planning Lead - Anura Project
As a Key User – Anura Supply Planning, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to OMP 2.0 as part of the Anura project. You will be the go-to expert for supply planning systems, working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the team on the project, supporting the production and material planning teams in RoSSA Opco. Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition to the new planning platform while optimizing current systems (SAP and OMP) for operational excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the process complexity across our product portfolio. Your insights and system expertise will help shape the future of supply planning in the region.
Elvárásaink
- Passionate about planning systems like SAP and OMP.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
- Strong understanding of local and regional FMCG or dairy operations.
- HBO-equivalent working/thinking level (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
- Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BW, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English (French or local languages are a plus).
- A proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Eager to learn and master new system /affinity with technology
- Willing and able to travel within the locations of your cluster and if needed to the location of workshops.

Pozíció bemutatás
- Act as the key user and systems expert for SAP and OMP within the Anura project.
- Lead the transition to OMP 2.0, including testing, validation, sign-off Sprint and UAT tests.
- Collaborate with supply planners, production teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
- Represent RoSSA OpCo in global and regional planning system discussions as may be required.
- Provide input on system design, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Support change management and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
- Work with the cluster SME to customize global training materials/working instructions and end user training.
- Check and ensure clean master data as part of the entry criteria for deployment.
- Support SME in improvement projects and follow up with business where needed.
