Teamlead QC Steenderen
As QC Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Quality Control technicians while actively participating in daily lab operations. Our in-house laboratories operate seven days a week (day shifts only) and play a crucial role in supporting and monitoring the production process through essential product and process analyses. You will also spend a significant portion of your time performing these tasks yourself.

- A completed MLO (secondary laboratory education) diploma, preferably in Microbiology or Chemistry
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a laboratory or production environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively participate in daily QC tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- This position is classified under Dairy CLA 8 (€3,720.00 to €4,448.95 based on a 36-hour workweek); your salary will be based on your experience and education.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead and support the on-site QC team
- Perform chemical and microbiological analyses
- Act as the main contact for other departments
- Manage the on-site water treatment system (at one location)
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and organized work environment
- Promote food safety and product quality
- Collaborate across departments and support continuous improvement
- Participate in improvement programs and project-based research
- Handle administrative and other QC-related tasks
