Strong leadership skills.
Good analytical skills and understanding of GT operational processes.
Demonstrate expertise in the local market and have strong existing business relationships.
Able to maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.

1. Sales & Business Delivery
Achieve sales targets (volume, value, and market share) within the assigned territory
Drive the execution of commercial fundamentals, including distribution, pricing, visibility, and promotions
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to close gaps
2. Distributor Management
Build strong, strategic partnerships with distributors
Ensure distributor profitability and a sustainable business model
Oversee distributor operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery efficiency
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach, and develop PSRs to improve performance and productivity
Ensure disciplined execution of route plans, call rates, and outlet coverage
Conduct regular field coaching and on-the-job training
4. Route-to-Market & Coverage
Optimize route planning to ensure sufficient outlet coverage and productivity
Identify expansion opportunities to grow the distribution footprint
Ensure the right product assortment is available in the right outlets
5. Operations & Execution Excellence
Ensure timely order processing and delivery fulfillment
Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations
Improve delivery lead times and overall service levels
6. Financial & Compliance Management
Manage trade spending effectively, including discounts, promotions, and investments
Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control guidelines
Monitor distributor financial health, including credit limits, collections, and overdue accounts
7. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance
Align with key customers and distributors on business plans and execution priorities
