Manager OT & Engineering
As a Manager OT & Engineering you are going to set up a strategy on preventive and predictive maintenace. In order to achieve a cost effective performance of equipment. Set up an overall OT strategy for both sites and aim for standardisation where possible. This role is critical for minimizing downtime, reducing operational costs, and ensuring that all assets are maintained to meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Elvárásaink
- Higher Vocational / Applied sciences/ Bachelor (HBO) with experience >10 years or Academic/ Master (WO) with experience >7 years;
- Has good knowledge of all OT & maintenance processes;
- Minimum of 7 year of managerial experience in a production environment;
- Strong on implementing strategies;
- Strong communication and reporting skills;
- Planning and organizational skills, monitoring, and project management abilities.

Pozíció bemutatás
- Develop and implement strategies for regular maintenance and early detection of potential issues;
- Schedule inspections and repairs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime;
- Lead and manage engineering and OT, assign tasks, and ensure proper training;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations without disruptions;
- Oversee the lifecycle of equipment, from procurement to maintenance and replacement;
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, and spare parts inventory;
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance maintenance efficiency;
- Introduce new technologies and methods to optimize maintenance practices.
