Early Life Nutrution, Sales Lead
• Responsible for the performance of Early Life Nutrition market within Greater China.
• Work with global team to define China strategy and execute in region by leading the regional sales team and coordinating with other functions
• Secure the sales plan realization through managing the sales force, acquiring and retaining (new/potential) accounts, build and strengthen relations in order to realize the commercial objectives.
• Responsible for the distribution management including the new distribution qualification if need and improve the sales coverage and effectiveness.
What we ask
1. Academic grade in Food or Chemical Technology with > 8 years work experience in B2B-einvironment, preferably food-related
2. Demonstrated selling skills on senior level, and Involvement and customer oriented, She/He is an innovator who consistently working with key accounts and distributors to bring business growth with 2030 route.
3. Work experience in a multi-national environment
4. Team leading experiences at least 3 – 5 years
5. Possess tact, integrity and high business ethics
6. Strategic vision and planning
7. Excellent influencing, communication and planning
8. Decision making expertise, balancing customer needs with company requirements
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and multi task responsibilities
10. Native Manderine and fluent English spoken and written

• Responsible for driving growth on added value products on focused segments in Greater China
• Responsible for developing sales strategy to deliver short term success where segments allow, and build long term growth opportunities.
• Responsible for realization of budget which the agreement of BGI
• Responsible for business development and innovation delivery especially for new application and/or new customers exploring.
• Contribute to the setup of the strategic roadmap for the next years together with Management Team and opco-stake holders
• Responsible for Accelerated Commercial Excellence execution in place such as account management, profit management, service level management etc.
• In depth knowledge of the customer (business intelligence) with regard to their products, marketing, competition, processes and strategy. Digest this into a strategic key account plan.
• Timely, complete submission for approval of segment plans from all market units
