The Brand Manager will play a key role in driving brand strategy, unlocking consumer insights, and leading innovation initiatives to accelerate growth. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, innovation, and consumer insight generation.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Sales.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Performance Management
- Develop and implement brand plans to achieve business and growth objectives.
- Define and manage brand positioning based on market opportunities and consumer needs.
- Oversee A&P budget allocation to optimize brand investments and drive ROI.
- Monitor brand health metrics such as awareness, penetration, and equity across markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and regions.
Consumer Insights
- Independently lead consumer research initiatives (e.g., focus groups, U&As, brand health tracking).
- Translate insights into actionable brand and communication strategies.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic planning.
Innovation Management
- Lead end-to-end innovation process from concept to execution.
- Collaborate closely with procurement to identify and negotiate with suitable suppliers to bring innovations to market.
- Manage the full innovation workflow, including:
- Identifying supplier and manufacturing partners
- Developing packaging briefs and overseeing design process
- Ensuring product quality standards with R&D and Quality teams
- Building business cases, financial models, and volume forecasts
- Coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to create go-to-market and execution plans
Monitor post-launch performance and provide recommendations for improvement
