Development Specialist
- Technical lead innovation and renovation, including value engineering and quality improvement projects, and ensure they meet all requirement (marketing, regulatory, production, quality, and financial needs and according to FC corporate standard).
- Develop recipe, supervise, and support the preparation of lab scale, and pilot scale sample.
- Manage and lead the production scale validation with the result meets consumer expectation as well as to fulfill the requirement for FDA registration, quality, and operation requirement.
- Manage and evaluate product stability and complete the full report of product shelf life.
- Manage raw material specification, product recipe and specification in SAP and ISO system or document control (both of internal and external)
- Build networking and work with regional and global expert team on product development project.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in dairy product development
- Self -initiate and manage multiple projects/tasks independently.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skill, interpersonal skill and teamwork.
- Fluent in English communication
