Business Procurement Manager
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and supply management initiatives across Manufacturing and Customer Supply Chain functions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing category demand plans, aligning category sourcing strategies with business and market needs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring project and contract execution.

Demand Management
- Engage MAKE and CSC to optimize their demand & requirements and develop strategic demand plan
Category Strategy Development - Decentralized
- Create and implement successful integrated sourcing strategies, aligning MAKE and CSC goals & requirements with supply market capabilities
Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Management
- Ensure that a sourcing plan is in place, define it and agree on workplan and project scope
Supply Management
- Create & apply supplier segmentation model and responsibility for the supplier relationship management of Centralized suppliers
Project Implementation
- Ensure timely planning and execution of the project within the defined timelines
Quality & Risk Management
- Develop contingency plans are in place with alignment from MAKE and CSC
Contract Management
- Manage the creation, finalization and performance of Contracts
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure to build and maintain good relationships at both tactical and strategic level and seek approval on strategies, roadmaps and program management activities
