- Technical degree + 2 years’ plant experience, or HS diploma/GED + 4 years’ experience.
- Strong industrial electrical background; PLC troubleshooting/programming preferred.
- Experience with instrumentation calibration; boiler/refrigeration knowledge a plus.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, data systems).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems (including PLCs, three-phase electrical, boilers, refrigeration, and hydraulic systems).
- Install, test, and calibrate equipment (temperature, pressure, and flow devices).
- Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and root-cause troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and team members to improve processes.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of our unionized workforce.
