Master Data
This job contributes to FrieslandCampina’s success by ensuring the timely and accurate collection and verification of local material master, Vendor Master, Customer and other local objects data in a
SAP systems of CBM (PE1) and any other relevant systems, such as GS1. The Local Master Data Controller is responsible for the establishment and management of all local master data in SAP and
provides the daily processes required for the timely and high-quality
processing of all necessary data (in SAP).

- Excellent in Project Management with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, preferable in an operational supply chain/manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems (including SAP)

Business Analysis
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support operations, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, planning, IT) to gather requirements and optimize supply chain processes.
- Identify areas to reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements related to ERP or SCM tools (e.g., SAP, OMP, DMS, SAP HANA).
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and availability for reporting and analysis.
- Provide insights to support demand planning, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory turnover, lead time, and supply chain cost.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives via meetings and tracking tools.
Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Creates support for complete project approach (objectives, planning etc.), updates and consults relevant stakeholders regularly, manages expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution, involves stakeholders in decision making and builds and maintains a network of relevant stakeholders
Master Data
- Centrally provision and manage the local Material, Customer and Vendor master data in all (SAP) systems of CBM.
- Collect, check, entering, coordinate, maintain and manage the local Material, Customer and Vendor master data in SAP and other systems.
- Filling in and checking of received standard application forms (including Article Application Form for Material, Customer and Vendor Domain)
- The oversee of the consequences of entering the data for the entire process
- Identify inconsistencies in the supplied data and the appeal of the applicants to keep to standard.
- Periodically clean up and maintain the local Material, Customer and Vendor Master Data in all (SAP) systems of CBM, including reporting and analysis
- The periodic cleaning and maintaining MMD, CMD and VMD in SAP systems ( PE1) using SAP tools, Excel and Every Angle
- Performing mass changes in local MMD, CMD and VMD in context of projects or improvement actions
- Compiling (KPI) reports on material, Customer and Vendor master data and run a cause analysis and drawing up and implementing improvement proposals
- First point of contact for local Material, Customer and Vendor Master Data and act as a full partner for Global Master Data service Centre, all related disciplines within CBM and PTO/SUMMIT
- Compiling, managing, maintaining and recording procedures and work instructions related to Material, Customer and Vendor Master data management, possibly in cooperation with Global Master Data service Centre.
- Data advisor and key user for Material Master, Customer Master and Vendor Master Data.
- The continuous improvement of its processes, systems and tools for managing local material, Customer and Vendor master data by initiating and developing areas of improvement, including optimizing related MMD, CMD and VMD processes.
- Collect, check, entering, coordinate, maintain and manage Control Cycle, Packing Instruction, Packing Instruction Determination, Bill of Material, Master Recipe, Product Version, Customer Material info record, Pricing Conditions, Listing and Exclusions, Inspection Plan and other Local objects as it relates to MMD, CMD and VMD.
- Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
- Support the business with required master data procedures, incidents and change request when needed.
- Liaise with enterprise data for any local SAP master data request.
Information & Communication
- Ensures periodical project management reporting, quantitative and qualitative, according to defined formats and project management guidelines (e.g. maintaining Principal Toolbox)
People Management
- Functionally leads, coaches, develops members of the own project team, and gives input for appraisal.
Continuous Improvement
Keeps up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimizes the implementation of and support for these at FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy
