Teamlead Maintenance Marum
In this role as Team Lead Maintenance you ensure the organization and execution of the year plan and direct the maintenance execution, in line with the overall plant maintenance strategy and applicable guidelines, in order to maximize the reliability, quality, safety, sustainability and efficiency of production processes, installations and equipment.

- Proven ability to develop and manage an annual team plan and budget aligned with the site's overall maintenance strategy, including securing necessary approvals.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing the execution of operational plans, tracking progress, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Strong skills in allocating and managing resources (materials, personnel, equipment) across multiple technical tasks and projects.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to provide clear and structured updates to management through regular reporting on both quantitative and qualitative team performance.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to assess current work processes, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and ensure successful implementation.
- Leadership experience in coaching, developing, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance culture.

- Develop a yearly plan and budget for the team based on the overall site maintenance strategy, and secure approval.
- Oversee the execution of the yearly plan, track progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Allocate and manage Technical Services resources (materials, personnel, equipment) for various tasks and projects.
- Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates to management on the team's quantitative and qualitative progress through periodic reports.
- Analyze current work processes, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and ensure their implementation upon approval.
- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members.
