Daily Support Manager Leerdam
As the Daily Support Manager you ensure the organisation and execution of the year plan and direct the own production/manufacturing team, in line with the department/plant strategy and applicable guidelines, in order to realise the team objectives under the guidance of the operations manager.
Was wir erwarten
- Higher Vocational / Applied sciences/ Bachelor (HBO) with experience >10 years or Academic/ Master (WO) with experience >7 years;
- Excellent understanding of interfaces with and relation between other units/departments within plant;
- Good knowledge of business processes;
- Strong analytical skills and experienced with Continuous Improvement;
- Minimum of 7 year of managerial experience;

Stellenbeschreibung
- Coordinate and supervise activities in own team and allocate people to operational processes, taking into account applicable guidelines and procedures concerning quality, safety, health and environment
- Ensure the implementation of the year plan, monitor the progress and if necessary take measures, in line with the applicable guidelines
- Provide management with regular updates regarding quantitative and qualitative developments of own team by means of periodical reports, based on reporting guidelines and using the applicable systems
- Provide analyses of current (work)processes, evaluate bottlenecks and advise regarding improvements and ensure implementation after approval
- Ensure and facilitate Problem solving and RCA processes to improve performance of operational production department (OEE) and reduce losses (VE, Material loss, FTR)
