Assistant Logistic Account Manager - General Trade (GT)
To be the main contact that will coordinate & Align the logistic requirement & end-to-end supply chain management between FFI and GT accounts to provide the best plan & deliver execution.

- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Having at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experiences in Sales or Supply Chain environment, previously working with Distributors will be a plus point.
- Fluent in English.
- A strong drive to make things happen, and can influence in a multicultural setting.
- Excellent logical, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications.
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge and a strong drive to make things happen.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
- Independent, autonomous, can work without high supervision.
- Willing to travel accross Indonesia.

- As a main contact that will coordinate & Align the logistic requirement & end-to-end supply chain management between FFI and Distributor to provide the best plan & deliver execution.
- Collaborate with other departments for incremental and breakthrough improvements (like improvement of Service Level, product allocation, TAT evaluation, minimize any block orders).
- Responsible with Distributor Service Level, NPD Pipelining, and Stock Cover Days – with prepared analysis & action plan for gap closing.
- Review joint scorecard related service level gap (supply and operational issue like delay unloading, block orders, etc) – with prepared analysis & action plan for misses.
- Manage improvement plans in unification with Sales / Marketing / other Department, to develop FFI’s edge from commercial and operational perspectives and reach an agreement.
