Order to Cash - Program Support Analyst
A detail-oriented and highly organized Program Support Analyst is required to support our multi-year Order to Cash (O2C) Transformation Program. This role will serve as a critical member of our Transformation Management Office, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that span sales, finance, supply chain, customer service, and IT. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by managing program logistics, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders involved in transforming our end-to-end order to cash processes.

- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies
- Understanding of change management concepts
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) is a plus
- Fluent / Native in English

Purpose of the role: Program support and coordination for implementing OtC Process in FrieslandCampina
Business complexity and context:
A detail-oriented and highly organized Program Support Analyst is required to support our multi-year Order to Cash (O2C) Transformation Program. This role will serve as a critical member of our Transformation Management Office, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that span sales, finance, supply chain, customer service, and IT. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by managing program logistics, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders involved in transforming our end-to-end order to cash processes.
Areas of responsibility, accountabilities, and tasks
Program coordination and operational support, ensuring schedules, resources, milestones, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams are effectively aligned with the overall transformation objectives. This includes maintaining program plans, facilitating cross-functional forums and governance sessions, and providing leadership with transparent visibility into program health, risks, and financial performance through structured reporting.
A strong focus on stakeholder management and communication, serving as the primary liaison across cross-functional teams. Additionally, responsible for supporting Order to Cash Program Director in performance tracking and reporting through the monitoring of KPIs, benefits realization, risk and issue management to enable timely decision-making.
Supporting with efforts in process and technology enablement by identifying, reporting and managing interdependencies during the Order to Cash Transformation program execution.
Main area of responsibilities and mandate Include:
- Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and track program activities across multiple O2C workstreams
- Act as a central hub coordinating various workstreams and ensuring they align with overall transformation goals
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions
- Ensure transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects
- Maintain integrated program plan across multiple workstreams and interdependencies
- Manage program budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking
- Track based on implement risk management framework and maintain RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
- Check quality assurance and compliance with organizational process, technology and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate executive briefings, town halls, and transformation meetings on behalf of OtC Transformation program director
- Support orchestration and execution of work with system integrators, technology vendors, and consultants
- Support the buildout of comprehensive training and capability building
- Support the end-to-end process discovery, analysis, and redesign of OtC
- Support the OtC enablement of the process standardization and simplification across business groups
- Help ensure the establishment of the process governance and ownership models
- Support tracking of OtC process KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms
- Ensure integration between reengineered processes and existing operations
- Work with multiple stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams
- Support change management activities
- Help track benefits realization and ROI against business case commitments
