As a Sales Manager Cheese B2B at FrieslandCampina, you will play a key role in one of our most impactful product portfolios. Together with the team, you’ll help drive a business worth over €700 million, selling more than 160 kilotons of cheese globally. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing a sales portfolio exceeding €100 million in revenue, operating at the very core of our value chain.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within food, agri, or dairy sectors.
- Proven success managing large accounts and high-value commercial portfolios.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering results.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (German or other European languages are a plus).
- Adaptable, decisive, and energized by complex, high-pressure environments.

- Identify and capture market opportunities for innovative products, services, and business models.
- Manage and grow a large customer base, acting as a deal maker/breaker in a fast-moving trading environment.
- Steer financial performance with a sharp focus on volume, gross profit, and pricing strategies.
- Drive improvements in forecasting, contracting, opportunity management, and value-based selling.
- Align cross-functional teams across FrieslandCampina to ensure strategy and execution go hand-in-hand.
