The main office of FrieslandCampina in the United Kingdom is located in Horsham. We are responsible for distributing and selling of consumer products in the UK and Ireland. These consumer brands include brands like Yazoo and Chocomel. We are currently growing our branded consumer portfolio and are preparing to speed up this development.

What we ask
3-5 years PQE CIMA / ACCA
Degree Educated
3-5 years of experience within Commercial Finance
Experience within the FMCG market
Qualified accountant or analyst ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CFA
Operational knowledge on finance operations, incl. understanding financial processes, flows and systems
Advanced Excel / Financial modelling experience
Action oriented / Make recommendations
Results driven / Fact based
Resilient / Adaptable in face of challenges
Drive to improve / challenges status quo
Proven track record of project leadership and influencing key stakeholders
Able to articulate and present complex financials clearly to non-finance audience

Vacancy description
As Senior Commercial Finance Manager you will be at the heart of the organization. You will be supporting the whole business, embedding commercial finance across the org and bringing the Finance team to the next level. You will report directly to the Finance Director
The role requires a customer centric and hands-on senior business partner with focus for detail. Ambition and mind set are more important than years of working experience. Are you ready to support is during the journey we are on?
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Revenue Growth Management and TPM management, including CPI analysis, recommendations to deliver ongoing price changes in the trade and broader RGM projects
Daily and month end P&L oversight of volume down to Net Sales
Customer profitability analysis to highlight focus areas of risk and opportunity
Brand profitability analysis working with brand managers and wider commercial team to deliver brand plans
Challenge and influence sales and marketing to deliver profitable growth
Play a key role in financial planning activites, outlook, annual budget/3YP/12Q cycles and related materials and story build
Support Finance Director on MBR and budget cycle pack and story build
Coaching / upskilling of wider commercial teams
Deputize for Finance Director where required
