QA Specialist, Quality Performance & Compliance
In this role, you collaborate with FCI & SN functions of SC, PPM, R&D, RA, Marketing and manufacturing locations, build quality design into business initiatives and processes to be able ensure compliance. You lead the business group Change Board. You support locations in audit readiness.

- Extensive experience in quality operations for dairy industries, an IFT background is preferred.
- Knowledge in FSSC22000, SKAL, HALAL, GMP+, Organic certification.
- Strategic leadership to switch from reactive firefighting to proactive quality prevention.

- Thinking out of box, in spirit of finding a way towards a practical solution.
- Well-developed influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead early‐stage assessments in HACCP, GMP, food safety and compliance for new business initiatives.
- Evaluate risks and facilitate mitigation plans to ensure compliant new product launches and market expansions.
- Coordinate gap assessments across FCI and SN functions, anticipate regulatory changes, and drive cross‐functional solutions.
- Establish and chair the integrated IFT/Pharma Change Board, ensuring effective change management and streamlined workflows.
- Collaborate with central audit teams and support manufacturing sites in achieving audit readiness.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on Quality KPIs and continuous improvement actions.
Role Scope:
- Participate in FCI/SN business projects to deliver quality services for product development, registration and market growth.
- Partner with Supply Chain, PPM, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams to embed quality and compliance from project inception.
- Lead quality and compliance efforts at the earliest stages to guarantee initiative success.
