Alaska Milk Corporation is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Data Advisor to lead the analytics agenda for our Marketing team. This pivotal role will serve as the primary thought partner in transforming data into actionable insights across multiple data domains, helping drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and business performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or data strategy
- Strong experience with syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar), digital analytics platforms, and BI tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in FMCG or CPG industry preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing Analytics Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with marketing objectives and business goals. - Data Domain Leadership:
Own and integrate insights across key marketing data domains, including: - Business Performance Data (e.g., sales, market share, profitability)
- Consumer Insights (e.g., segmentation, behavior, attitudes)
- Retail & Shopper Data (e.g., in-store performance, shopper behavior)
- Digital & Media Analytics (e.g., campaign performance, media ROI)
- Brand Health Tracking (e.g., awareness, equity, preference)
- Innovation & Product Performance (e.g., new launches, trial, repeat)
- Competitive Intelligence (e.g., category trends, competitor activity)
- Insight Generation & Opportunity Mapping:
Identify key issues and growth opportunities for the business and brands through deep analysis and storytelling. - Tracker Management:
Lead the end-to-end management of business, consumer, and retail trackers—ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and strategic interpretation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Brand, Sales, R&D, and Finance teams to embed insights into decision-making and planning. - Vendor & Tool Oversight:
Manage external research and analytics partners, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs and continuous improvement of tools and methodologies.
