As the Manager Projects & Engineering you define, prepare, lead and execute projects/programs as well as create support for project objectives in the organisation, in line with requirements and business needs and conform project management guidelines, in order to deliver project according to objectives and deliverables and realise business objectives in a structural way. Additionally, he/she leads the maintenance support functions (RE/ME/OT).
Was wir erwarten
- Higher Vocational / Applied sciences/ Bachelor (HBO) with experience >7 years or Academic / Master (WO) with experience >5 years.
- You have over 10 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years as a project manager for technical investment projects, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Planning and organizational skills, monitoring, and project management abilities.
- Creative and innovative; the ability to recognize, assess, and translate new project ideas into concrete improvement plans.
- Problem-solving skills with effective analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills.

- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects while ensuring they align with company goals and meet required quality, budget, and time constraints.
- This role involves managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- The manager ensures that engineering solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards, all while driving continuous improvement in project management and engineering practices.
- Manage local technical projects.
