The Field Sales Manager is responsible to achieve sales target defined by the Commercial Manager. He / She translates on the field sales the national sales and marketing plan, define clear objectives to his team and guarantees the right application and commercial policy for the customers (WS, C&C, operators). He / She works in collaboration with other local teams like Indirect Sales, Marketing, supply chain and Finance.

- University degree / Business school
- Experience:
- 15 years in the commercial sector of food distribution or the agro-alimentary industry
- 5 years on team management
- English (mandatory)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in Salesforce or similar CRM tools

The Sales Force Manager will be in charge of the following activities:
- Define the sales objectives of the sales team:
- Translate the sales plan of the Sales Unit into concrete sales objectives for the field team.
- Define action plans:
- Define for each team member the sales plans per customer and an effective push strategy: Price list:
- Communication plan, Promotional planning, Trade marketing activity, Launch new products

- Accompaniment of his teams and customers visits.
- Field sales team management to achieve the targets:

- Ensure the development of his team's skills
- Bring his expertise (market knowledge, negotiation ...)
- Manage conflicts

- Make sure his team follows the procedures defined by the company
- Annual contracts (SCAF policy), Rebates and promotions, Customer complaints
- Forecast
- Reporting / analysis:
