Vacaturetekst

• Ensure excellence of in-outlet market execution with a particular focus on providing physical availability, visibility outside and inside the point of sale, merchandising execution and a good price compliance of our brands and products in order to win at the point of sale.
• Lead all initiatives aiming at increasing the penetration of our brands and products in order to consistently deliver on the sales objectives for his region
• Ensure a regular supply of our brands and products in each outlet of his area and make sure that trade partners stick to FIFO rule and avoid Out Of Stocks.
• With distributors’ sales team, coordinate all initiatives aimed at ensuring product availability at the most competitive price for the trade
• Is responsible for the smooth application of RFC commercial policy in every point of sale of his region
• Assist, advise and monitor the performance of the trade partners (retailers, semi-wholesalers and wholesalers) in his area in order to reach their assigned volumes targets
• Provide market intelligence insights by reporting on all initiatives (products launch, trade promotion, price variation,…) of the competition
• Perform his trade visits and routinely report them to his hierarchy
• Is responsible for the good standing of the materials put at disposal by the company in order to do his job (company car, laptop,…)
• Always represent the Company in the most respectable way by continuously making sure that uniform, car and all other branding materials put at his disposable are clean and convey a remarkable image of the company. 

• Technical skill: understand and use ACE application for self-learning, adequate use of Sales Flo tool to report, analyze data for accurate decision making.
